Her determination and professionalism and guest experience is truly top notch. The food is perfect and Serena will accommodate any dietary needs your team my have. The space is lots of fun with fun interactive, team building games. P.S. you cannot go wrong with feather bowling. Serena was instrumental in making sure we not only secured the space and packages we needed for our team, but she also showed unmatched patience as we worked through details and last-minute decisions. She was incredibly helpful with all the logistics and planning needed to make the night perfect.
During the event, the bartenders and staff were amazing—attentive, high-energy, and truly helped our group feel the great vibe throughout the night. The food was delicious, and the games were so much fun to play.

We celebrated my partner’s 40th birthday here this past Saturday. The bill was WAY lower than I was expecting it to be for 9 people which is always a pleasant surprise. Everyone had an amazing time eating, drinking, and kicking each other’s butt at skeeball. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you, The Randolph!

Good selection of beers including ones they brew on the premises. The space is also very nice with seating for large groups or smaller private seating. Sadly the self-serve taps are no longer available. There was also a five year old kids birthday party going on with lots of kids running around.
