The only all vegan ramen restaurant I know and it’s a franchise of the famous Japanese ramen restaurant Ippudo. All of the their ramen are rich and flavorful. They also have sushi and sandwiches, appetizers besides ramen which are also great. My non-vegan family and friends love it too.
So good soul satisfying, healthy dishes pleasant atmosphere, great ambiance with lovely music courteous service And has a big screen to watch live tv!!
Amazing vegan sushi and a ton of great vegetarian/vegan options. Comfy seating and cozy vibes, both of which were appreciated after waking around all day. So happy to have stumbled upon this place while in DUMBO and would definitely go back.

Based on the reviews, Ippudo V Brooklyn offers amazing food, excellent service, and a clean environment. The vegan eats include Pla-ton with noodles that have a delicious bite, La la Papaya which is perfect for the summer, and Super Mario Bros that reminds of a tuna or crab salad. The Goma Q is a pleasant palate cleanser, the Vrooklyn Gyoza has a meaty flavor, and the Kali Kali Kale Salad is a tad spicy. The Niwa No Uguisu Doburoku Sake is creamy and a great compliment to the meal. The papaya sushi is a perfect combo of flavors, and the “Tonkatsu” classic is incredible. The vibe is chill with beautiful design and space, though the AI generated music was unsettling. Accessibility is a joke because the outside elevator does not work properly. The staff is efficient, kind, and provides great service.
