Amazing! We always love booking our events here. The team is extremely professional - especially Serena who always makes us feel special by going above and beyond our expectations. Her determination and professionalism and guest experience is truly top notch. The food is perfect and Serena will accommodate any dietary needs your team my have. The Randolph was the perfect place to host our office’s end-of-year gathering. Serena was instrumental in making sure we not only secured the space and packages we needed for our team, but she also showed unmatched patience as we worked through details and last-minute decisions. She was incredibly helpful with all the logistics and planning needed to make the night perfect.
