This deli, in the past, was a place where you could look forward to going to, having small talk with the employees and getting quality products, with decent value. Nowadays, the workers are robotic and just want to get the job over with.I've waited 4-5 trips and different sandwich orders to leave this review. The sandwiches here are absolutely subpar. Nothing special, nothing worth making a trip for, and they microwave most ingredients. For the absurd total price of $17 per sandwich / wrap, I've decided it is absolutely not worth visiting Russos anymore.

Ordered a Chicken Parm Hero and should have known place wasn’t going to be that good when I saw the microwave behind the counter. Ordered the Sandwich came out pretty quickly.I went to go have a bite in my car and the sandwich was lukewarm and bread was soft not good at all based on reviews.Waste of time and money. The $15 price for a chicken parm should be somewhat good but extremely disappointed didn’t even eat half started feeling sick. Definitely not fresh food. Skip this place much better authentic Italian places around.

Excellent neighborhood deli. The folks behind the counter will take care of your every need. Their selection of meats, cheeses, pastas and more is excellent. But for more common goods (like canned tomatoes, for example) you might find a little expensive compared to what you might find at a local grocery store.

A truly great Italian food store. From hard to find ingredients to prepared dinner entrees to kick a** sandwiches, this place won't disappoint u.
I recently discovered this place! They have some many options for everyone. The godfather sandwich is the best and for dessert I would recommend 7 layer (rainbow) cookies, tiramisu or raspberry tartufo which is delicious!

Really disappointing sandwiches -- meatballs were flavorless, bread like from a supermarket, raw garlic is not really edible. Have a few more items to work through, but expectations are low.

3 stars only because of lack of consistency. You can get an incredible sandwich here and the staff are excellent. But today, and other times before, have been disappointing. The fried eggplant in my sandwich was limp, soggy, and also freezer burnt. Mozzarella also tasted a bit off. Still ate most of it but did I love it no.

This place has the potential to be a five-star location however at both locations their attitude towards customers seems to vary in a way that is obvious and uncomfortable the food selection is great the pasta selection is out of this world so other sauces you really want to taste the home this is the place to go don't forget to check out the different types of cheese and the all-time favorite will priced supremely portioned tiramisu did I forget to mention the fresh bread
