I went here about a month ago and had caldo de bagre and shrimp ceviche (part of a platter) which were tasty. I went here today again but I was very disappointed. The ceviche de pescado was warm, and not ceviche at all. It was not sour at all - it seems they didn’t actually have ceviche made and made it a ceviche soup instead in order to quickly cook the fish…it was really disappointing. We were very surprised and honestly a bit offended we were served this “ceviche”. The food took a long while to come too, which I don’t mind as long as the food is good…but this was not the case. I sadly wouldn’t come here again, even though I had a good first experience, because the quality was so bad this time.

I do not recommend them, they are very irresponsible, I made the order at 11 in the morning and I arrive at 1 in the afternoon and the food is terrible, it even seems that it is heated, it has no flavor

This restaurant is totally disappointing, the ball broth was fried, I just think they heated up the snacks, horrible, the worst thing that they charge dearly for something that was not well done, I do not recommend

They took the call, they took the order, they told me the total. It's been 1.5 hours and now they don't answer the phone anymore.In the USA the most important thing is customer service, in this case it is lousy.
