There is always a wonderful and friendly atmosphere that invites you to spend a long time even when you alone or together with friends and family. Beautiful place!

They dont display prices and there is no transparecy. One day it's one price the other is another. O e day we paid 3.50 for a small cup of tea the other day is 3$. They make up prices as they like. And the prices differ if you pay by cash or card which is not right at all.

First of all, I don't recommend this place to anyone. Why? I went here this morning and the girl with the hat working the cash register was talking to me in a very rude manner. I sat down and she brought me cold tea. What a disgrace! How do you employ such employees? It's obvious the owner doesn't care about customer satisfaction at all. If she did, she wouldn't have that skinny girl with the hat working there.‼️‼️‼️

They are serving pastry ice cold ! Also they should listen to customers instead of making jokes around so they don’t make mistakes on orders.

I really like this café and come here often.
Every time the guys are working, the service is amazing — friendly, kind, attentive and overall great vibe!
Unfortunately, when the female staff is on shift, the experience is very different. The service feels cold, unfriendly, and sometimes even rude. It’s disappointing, because the place itself is great, but the inconsistency in customer service really affects the overall impression.
I hope this can be improved, as I’d love to keep coming back and recommending it to others.

Very expensive pastries . Close to 20$ a pound and the worker rounded up 1.9 pounds to 2 pounds … 40$ for 10 piece of baklava. Cashier extremely rude, it was almost as if she was giving me the food for free instead of overcharging

I got 3 different desert each same price, I liked 1 out of all. The odd thing is they charged me for mixed desert price which is almost double. So I know next time only that one thing I liked. But it was also a bit too soggy for me, not crispy enough, it had too much honey syrup. So I might try another place next time.🤷‍♀️

the food made from dough has become inedible! the portions have been reduced beyond recognition and the prices have been doubled!!! Total disappointment! When they opened everything was good and tasty but as always they screwed up in the end!!!!
