Based on reviews, Mada Taste of Georgia offers the most amazing Khachapuri in NYC, with soft, fresh dough and a lot of cheese that does not taste like oil. The khinkali are juicy, perfectly seasoned with fresh herbs, and delicious. The mushroom roll is so so good, and the crepes with beef taste really well. The bread for the khachapuri is the softest and fluffiest. The food is authentic, full of rich Georgian flavors, and made with care and tradition. The staff is friendly, welcoming, attentive, and polite. The atmosphere is simple but cozy. The service is quick and well organized. Great quality for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to try real Georgian cuisine.
