The food is pretty good but service can be a little slow if you are in a hurry because busy crow in the morning. While the crow also keeps the vibe up. Overall good bagel shop.

Service isn’t up to par at all! There’s no specific counter/area to place your order, so it’s like a free for all and it’s disorganized. No one asked me if I placed an order after waiting for 10 minutes. Then when I finally placed my order they got it wrong. Just a mess

Ive been searching for a better bagel shop and Ive finally found it at Sam’s! The bagels are Soft, Tender on the bite, and full of bagel sustenance! Not like the other shops where you can’t bite thru them or they’re too fluffy to even taste like a bagel! My bf & I ordered Garlic and Wh. Wheat Everything bagels w/eggs over medium, bacon & cheese. Such flavor in the bagels! Probably the best WW Everything I’ve ever had! He really liked the Garlic bagel! He’s usually quiet about his food, but he kept raving about the bagel as he ate. The bacon was purrfectly crispy and a nice amount for the sandwich. I’ll be getting chunky over this place being so good and nearby too! Looking fwd to trying lunch sandwiches too! The staff were super pleasant. Took my order over the phone, and repeated it back to me; made suggestions that were helpful. Order was perfect!

I've tried bagels spots all over Bay Ridge and this is the best. The bagels are fresh and delicious. The guys working the counter are efficient and friendly. There is enough seating and the place is clean. And the price is right. What more could you ask for out of a bagel shop.

Bagel was ok. Asked for a toasted bagel with mozz cheese and cheese wasn't melted. For what they charged, it should have been better.
A good breakfast sandwich on a bagel. The portions were proper and the bagel had nice texture and flavor. The coffee was alright.

The bagel store is located in the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn. They have a nice variety of very good bagels. Various salads and spreads are also available. They prepare breakfast and lunch sandwiches and wraps. They open early and close by 3:00 PM. Parking is not easy. Nice friendly and helpful staff.

I just placed an order for pick up when I arrived I saw one of the guys preparing my food while another guy starts waving a rug around the food prep area and he didn’t just do it once but multiple times he was placing multiple rugs one in front of the other disrupting the other guys preparing the food and all that dust flying on top of all the food that’s being made, not only that but some of the guys that are cooking started helping him fixing the rugs with their hands and go right back to cook and prepare the food without atleast washing their hands or changing their gloves. They simply don’t care I won’t be coming here again.
