Been a realtor in Brooklyn most my life and you know what they say location location location well this time it’s Pasta pasta pasta I’m mean it’s just pasta however if you like pasta and you don’t make it yourself this is the only place when in Brooklyn you need to go. If you care about fresh pasta—whether you’re a chef, a serious home cook, or simply someone who values true quality—this is a must-visit destination. A genuine temple of fresh pasta, and a place Brooklyn can proudly call its own. Beyond the pasta, the shop has a high-end Italian market vibe with a great selection of sauces, imported pantry staples, fresh mozzarella, and more — all at fair prices for New York City. It somehow strikes the perfect balance between old-school Italian neighborhood charm and quality you’d expect from a top artisanal producer. And just when I thought it couldn’t get better, they let me taste their soon-to-be-offered sourdough pizza. Without question, that pizza alone is going to put this place on another level. Once it officially launches, expect lines as far as the eye can see — just for the pizza. If you want to buy a house come see me if it’s pasta and pizza you’re after go see Savinos! Hey but don’t take my word for it what do I know’, go and see for yourself. Tell em Battaglia sent you’ you could thank me later! Love B…

One of the last Italian grocery/pasta stores in NYC. There was a time when there were many but the city has less Italian neighborhoods. For those new transplants who wonder what authentic Italian pasta and raviolis should taste like, this is the place.

I don't have a daily menu. And they give way more than you asked for and they charge you per pound and won't let you buy less than what they sliced
Old man antagonized me for taking a poop in their bathroom after calling ahead to ask if I can use their bathroom and bought pasta. Terrible attitude. Should’ve waited until I left the bathroom to tell me to ask instead of knocking furiously on the door and antagonizing me for pooping. Who does that?

Best place to have real pasta in the area!
ABSOLUTE LEGEND!!! Doesn’t get much better than this!! Did a pasta making class with Cono, this guy’s the real deal! BYOB, meats, cheeses, and made unreal pasta that we got to eat with 3 different homemade sauces (pesto, vodka, arrabbiata). Got to take a few lbs of pasta home with us. We’ll be returning annually!!
Great people and great pasta. Love the sandwiches and they’re very reasonably priced.
The prices are reasonable and the pasta is made fresh. We purchased ravioli, spaghetti, and pasta sauce. The food was delicious. If you want to fix a quick and tasty meal go to Savino's Pasta.
so good - highly recommend. Have not tried a bad thing here

Recently did a private pasta making class at Savino’s with a group of friends and we had the best time! Their pasta is delicious, the class was so much fun, and we all loved the entire experience.

I was in search of fresh gnocchi and I hit the jackpot. I have now recommended this place to all my friends, the ravioli was also perfect. Can’t enjoy dry store bought pasta anymore!! It must be Savinos!!
The best the BEST
Went for sandwiches but they weren't serving any for some undisclosed reason. "Maybe next week."
Place is crummy, staff is indifferent/clueless (didn't know if they sold spices). Front counter was barren. Sounds like their pasta is good, so I hope they aren't shutting down.
Lovely place for fresh pasta
