Very good ramen that was perfect on a cold day. They specialize in tonkotsu, so I got the spicy tonkotsu and was very happy. Their stir fried mushrooms and kale was also very good. However, their vegan tantanmen was a bit off. It tasted like they used tahini in the sauce instead of roasted sesame paste. Service was friendly, and prices were reasonable. I'd come back.

The ramen was fine. For this to be your neighborhood ramen joint, that’s a major bonus. It gets the job done for sure. Is it like an Ichiran or something? No, and that’s fine.

The Spicy Tonkotsu had a great broth however I felt the toppings were just okay, the chashu was just fine.

The Bao Buns were also just okay too. The Chashu was eh. The Karaage was good.

Food was decent, tofu okonomiyaki was not what I expected but the egg under was good.

Veg spicy Miso Ramen is pretty nice. Good vibes and service. Nice to drop by if you need some warm veg options in winter!

My partner wanted to try this ramen spot and it was really good! The noodles remind me of ichiran surprisingly enough, the broth was yummy and everything overall was super delicious. A good place to eat when it’s super cold!

I think the ramen was really good I was just rubbed the wrong way that the prices online (on the menu on their website) do not match the prices in the restaurant. We came in expecting it to be in a different price range and were somewhat tricked into paying more. I do not want to sound like I am being dramatic or cheap about prices, I just think that it is not a very good practice to promote a cheaper price and then charge customers more in the restaurant.

The Brooklyn Jiro Ramen was an interest entree. With thick noodles and large cut of meat and vegetables it definitely has a different mouthfeel.

The place is somewhat small but the place is easily accessible.

Very mediocre food - everything lacks flavor and the spicy miso is deff one of the worse ones I’ve had. Would not recommend

I enjoyed my dinner here the other night I had the Brooklyn jiro ramen w/ crispy tempura, cabbage and thicker noodles. What a good decision.

Simply the best bowl of ramen I've had in Brooklyn. The broth is a really solid tonkotsu, great flavor, solid texture and weight. The noodles weren't the best but still very good for how fine they are, the mushrooms were such an unexpectedly good addition to the bowl and really balanced in a superb way with the broth and other elements, and both the egg and chashu were fantastic quality. The pork was a fantastic texture, an impossibly clean cut, was incredible soaked in the broth, and the eggs were the best cooked eggs I've ever had in a bowl of ramen. They were simply velvety in texture and just the right amount of sweet in balance with the salt of all the pork in the bowl.

Be sure to get the Echigo lager if you're having a tonkotsu, it paired so well with the salty broth. Will absolutely be returning.

The ramen has a decent flavor, but lacking depth. Non-marinated boiled egg, broth was a bit watery rather than rich, and the chashu was not braised in any sauce or seared.
