We had the duck and the Wagyu and they were both delicious
Every bite was delicious and service was extremely attentive. The filet mignon with wasabi cream on the side was amazing! Apple pie was bursting with apples. Everything was just amazing!

Salt + Charcoal is a fantastic Japanese steakhouse known for its exceptional A5 wagyu. The steak is cooked to perfection, melting in your mouth with a variety of seasonings. Customers highly recommend the wagyu chefs platter to sample the different cuts, as well as the wagyu sushi, which is a must-try. The 36-oz Porterhouse steak is outstanding in flavor, and the spicy tuna avocado wedge salad is absolutely delicious. The restaurant offers neat cocktails with a refreshing Asian flair, and the upstairs ambiance is eclectic with pleasant music. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, providing top-notch service. While the cheese fries were considered good, they were also quite heavy. Some customers found the porterhouse dry-aged steak pricey for the portion size, and others noted the air conditioning could be improved. For those who don’t mind the expense, the restaurant offers a delightful dining experience with a great selection of appetizers, drinks, and desserts, including vegetarian dishes and the pan-seared salmon.
