I highly recommend this ramen spot in Brooklyn, the atmosphere is very cozy, food is delicious and flavorful, staff is extremely nice and place is clean! I would recommend the Tori Shoyu for those who don’t eat pork.
I have tried many many ramen places in Brooklyn. I would say that this is by far the best Ramen spot in Brooklyn. Of special note is their vegan Ramens - from the very well seasoned and rich broth to the roasted vegetables, the vegan ramens are thoughtfully and thoroughly prepared. I look forward to trying all the other ramens at this place. Very pleasantly surprised.
It’s a great staple ramen spot. Always busy, but never a line. Very friendly staff with good portions at a good price. I get an app and ramen and can leave without still being hungry. Everything tastes good.
