Tonkotsu Deluxe Ramen is my go-to. Really delicious, really flavorful. Wish the pork slices were thicker. Countertop red spice makes it a little saltier and a little spicier. Do NOT go to the ramen spot in Yokocho Alley, it is not flavorful and you get way less for what you pay for.
The ramen has a deep, rich flavor — comforting from the very first sip.
But the best part was the staff: super friendly, attentive without being intrusive, and always with a smile. You can tell they truly enjoy what they do and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. 💛

This review is from my 9 year old son as I don't eat pork. He said it was amazing. His first time trying fresh ramen. There were some ingredients he wasn't used to, but he raved about the broth and noodles. Wish there was a kids portion of just 1 piece of meat, broth and noodles.
