We had 2 burgers. Once the Black Truffle Burger and the ShackBurger. Plus 2x frieze. Once with cheese and once with parmesan and truffle maionaise and a drink. The burgers were very tasty and the fries were very fresh and crispy. We found the size of the burgers to be too small. The views of the Manhattan skyline and the Brooklyn Bridge were very beautiful. Restaurant was clean.
Food was good as always but the service is pretty slow even by shake shack standards. Employees weren’t very friendly and didn’t seem to care too much about providing good service. I’ve been to this location multiple times and it’s always the same thing. Being so close to the Brooklyn Bridge probably doesn’t help. The building is nice, though. Come for the food, not the service.
Food has gone down in quality majorly Gluten free bun is not great. Truffle fries tasted like cheese. Regular fries are solid meh. Nothing was piping hot. I loved the restaurant at the start but now.....
