I’ve lived in the neighborhood for almost 40 years and had never been to Sharlene’s until last week. What a great neighborhood bar! I’ve been there twice now. Bartenders were great. I’m going to be a regular now.
There are few feelings as getting out of the streets on a scorching summer's day in Brooklyn and walking into a cavernous, cool bar. It's too clean to be a dive, but low-key enough to be comforting. Simply my favorite place to grab a beer in BK.
