It is a long story but as it goes my father Sam Lefkowitz would lend I believe $500 start up money to the owner sometime before Passover. There was no interest for the loan but it gave my father first bakings of the matzah which made him very happy. My sister would call up and order the matzah on the telephone because it was a far drive for her from Westchester County. I just spoke with her and I to will begin ordering my matzah via the telephone. I have yet to find a better tasting...read full review
My grandfather used to work for years @ the Shatzer Matzo bakery, therefore my family is eating it every Passover. After he passed away i still bye every year from Shatz because there matzos has a wonderful taste witch i can't find anywhere else. above that, i like the way they pack the matzos, and the nice round look.
