I recently visited Sherdor and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The food was authentic, flavorful, and beautifully prepared — every dish tasted like it was made with real care. The portions were generous, and everything came out fresh and hot.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere that made the whole visit even better. The service was quick, and the team checked in several times to make sure everything was perfect.

The restaurant is clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable for both families and groups. Prices are fair for the quality and portion size, which I really appreciated.

Overall, Sherdor is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone looking for delicious food and great service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

A Hidden Gem That Deserves the Spotlight – Sherdor

From the moment you step into Sherdor, you can feel there’s something special in the air a quiet confidence, a warmth that’s rare in most restaurants today. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between elegance and comfort, with every detail from the aroma of freshly baked bread to the music playing softly in the background designed to make you feel at home.

But the real magic begins when the food arrives. Every dish feels crafted with care and soul. You can tell this isn’t just cooking it’s passion on a plate. The flavors are bold yet balanced, traditional yet modern, and every bite leaves you wanting just one more. Whether it’s your first visit or your tenth, Sherdor has that unforgettable “wow” factor that keeps you coming back.

The staff are the kind of people who genuinely care attentive without hovering, and always eager to make your experience special. It’s the kind of service that turns a meal into a memory.

If you’re looking for a place that combines quality, authenticity, and heart Sherdor is it. It’s more than just a restaurant; it’s an experience that reminds you what dining out should feel like.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A True Taste of Uzbekistan at Sherdor Restaurant

If you’re looking for authentic Uzbek cuisine in Brooklyn, Sherdor Restaurant on Avenue U is an absolute gem. From the moment you walk in, you’re transported — the warm décor, rich colors, and soft traditional music create a welcoming ambience that perfectly complements the food.

Every dish feels like it’s made with heart and tradition. The plov is fragrant and perfectly balanced, the samsa come out golden and flaky, and the shashlik is grilled to juicy perfection with that unmistakable smoky aroma. You can truly taste the authenticity — nothing feels watered down or “Americanized.”

The service is attentive and kind, and you can tell they take pride in sharing their culture through food. Whether you’re familiar with Uzbek cuisine or trying it for the first time, Sherdor delivers a memorable dining experience that celebrates genuine Central Asian hospitality.

The food was excellent. We especially loved the Plov and the Fried Lagman noodles. The beef of the Plov was so flavorful, and the fat is cut off separately. The was like butter. It was soft and sliceable with your fork. Spread it on bread or mix with rice. The server was a very friendly woman. The restaurant had a nice family restaurant atmosphere. The bathroom was nice and clean.
