I love this place so much! One of my favorite bakeries in the neighborhood. The pastries are incredible! Here are some of my favorites: Cheese Danish, Ham & Cheese Croissant, Turkey Jalapeño Croissant, Chocolate Almond Croissant, Lemon Poppy Muffin & Salted Caramel Flan Pasticeri. Everything tastes so fresh & the quality of the ingredients are really good. Also, the cappuccino is delicious! It gets really busy on the weekends. There is indoor & outdoor seating....
the nicest people and a very cute store with a calm atmosphere , went in to get sourdough starter recently because i love their bread and was having trouble with my own starter, not only did they give me some starter but were so helpful and gave me great instructions for maintaining it. love this place, highly recommend. ( my sourdough starter is doing great and i baked a loaf yesterday that was fantastic)

Simple Loaf is everything a cozy neighborhood bakery should be. Lovely staff, chill patio and indoor space for working during the day. Good, fuss free food without the massive lines plaguing every overhyped spot in Brooklyn.
The breads and pastries are definitely the stars of the show. Skip the beverages and you’ll be fine.
