Went for a lunch hang out and I loved it. I can’t wait to go back. Service was attentive but also we didn’t feel rushed. I got Brooklyn sushi combo and it was delicious cuts. I can’t wait to go back
I’ve been to Slow Loris a few times before writing this review, and overall, I’d give it three stars. The food is decent but uneven. The bibimbap is pretty good, fresh and well-balanced, but nothing exceptional. The miso soup, however, is horrible. It always tastes metallic, like metal leached into it, and is quite diluted, lacking the depth and richness you’d expect. It could be over-boiled or the result of bad/toxic cookware.

I’ve never actually eaten inside Slow Loris, but it’s become one of my most reliable spots in Flatbush for takeout and delivery. What I like the most about this Japanese-Korean fusion restaurant is that you can order something different every time and still be happy with what shows up. Consistency is the key word here.
