We order BEC or bagels & cream cheese all the time. This is the only bagel shop in the neighborhood.Decent bagels. Buttery cream cheese.Our only complaint is that the bacon in BEC is ALWAYS undercooked... who wants a non-crispy bacon??? It's like chewing a plastic. We shouldn't even need to ask specifically for the bacon to be properly cooked. Even then they don't always get it right.
These are the best bagels around here. I would say you won’t find a better bagel about a mile or two in any direction from this place. And they are very good, not the best in town, but hey this is Bagel City, so that’s not a knock, in Detroit or Chicago or LA these Bagels are top-3 hands down. But in BK they are the best for a couple square miles . StillAn accomplishment. Very friendly place also .
