I placed an order on August 19th of this year after they sent me a Birthday coupon. Today is September 6th and I have not gotten my order, or any response to my email, or Facebook, Instagram message. I am a returning customer after placing several orders back in 2021-2022. I'd forgotten about them, prior to receiving the coupon and remembered amazing customer service, fast shipping and delicious treats. IDK WHAT happened, but this is not the way you handle business! I've looked up their business address and lo and behold it's still very much in business with in store orders, but they're not fulfilling online orders and I'm not the only one whose not received their order. So this company is fraudulently taking online orders and not filing them. Terrible company to take people's hard earned money and then simply disable their phone line!! You know what they say about KARMA!!! I am not asking for much. Either a refund or my $30 order!!!

I ordered a meal but didn't receive the soda included in the meal (I didn't notice it at the time and thought it was packed for me, but when I got home to eat, I found that there was no soda, I was so thirsty)i am very sad about that.

Last time on the too good to go app, a worker decided to give two cakes to us, we liked the flavor of both. However, another blond worker came out and immediately told the new worker to not give us that cake. Then, both cakes were swapped to a cheaper one. Also, since this occurred right in front of the customer. It would be fine if she said behind but not in front of me. I would like this service to be better since this would make the customer feel bad.

Mango and Strawberry Sago was heavenly!My son got it for me and I went back the following day to get another one!!!! So so good and price is reasonable.Reusable cups too with nice lid.
Pretty average bubble tea, I got the strawberry matcha latte with bubble. Some bubble are hard in the middle. I did not get to try their snow bite snacks.No credit card below 10 dollars.
