Overall a great experience, music was great, very loud and lively atmosphere. The staff were mediocre, long periods between interactions with them so it was difficult to order items in a typical dining sequence. They weren’t rude, but were pretty unpleasant to interact with. Drinks and food are pricey, with the food being very tasty and drinks a pretty sub par.
St. Mazie is one of those rare places that feels genuinely special the moment you walk in. The vintage 1920s décor, the candlelight, the live jazz — it all comes together to create an atmosphere unlike anything else in Brooklyn. The cocktails are creative and beautifully made, and the speakeasy-style cellar adds another layer of charm for a more intimate dinner. Whether you're on a date night or out with friends, this place delivers every time. One of the best live music...

I had the pork shoulder which was very tasty and hearty. Downed it with a house cabernet which was… meh. My date had the gnocchi. We had the “mezze for two” for the appetizer.

We ate downstairs which is way too dark and too crowded for such a small space. I had to use the flashlight on my phone to eat. Its nice to have live music but people don’t listen, they talk over it. So… whats the point?

Would I go back?...
