I ordered from the starbucks app and it led me to this location which is only for employees, so I couldn’t even get my drink that I already ordered and paid for. Horrible. Scammers. PERIOD!

Service is absolutely terrible. They make your drinks wrong almost every time. They don’t remove out of stock items off the app so you end up paying for an item that you don’t get. Diana the manager there is incredibly rude, the rest of the staff is pretty friendly

Can't get in to pick up. Phone number listed here and on their website is wrong and can't contact them. Should have made it clear before you make a mobile order that you cannot pick up if you don't have building access

I ordered in the app but when I went to pick it up in store the employee rudely told me that “they didn’t have it”. They then told me to “go to the front” where there was a long line. I tried asking for help but was ignored so I stood on line for 20 minutes before reaching the register. The guy at the register didn’t even know how to do the refund and referred me to another employee. A complete waste of my time
This closes at 3:30 and if you want decaf coffee you need to be here at 2:30 lol I’m not sure what’s going on. I guess I’ll try to find another Starbucks! :-)

always spot on! The service here is amazing! They know you by name and they always greet you with a smile no matter how busy they might be. This is secure building so access is only for those that work at the 4 CMC building.
