First of all, I want to say I love and appreciate Starbucks and the hard work the employees put into making the customers' drinks close to perfection. I don't usually post reviews, but this unfortunately caught my attention to do this. This happened Valentine's day morning. I am a nurse and got off working a double shift and needed to start my day of right with my favorite drink, ordered my Trenta ice tea with out ice as I usually do without an issue plus leaving a tip for employees.I patiently waited for almost 20mins untill it was made finally as I anticipated its busting flavors on in my mouth that I've been anticipating over my stressful double shifts. To my disappointment, there was a bit of a gap from the lid but tasted it anyway and the consistency was off, so I asked if I can simply get an inch more of ice tea to balance that so good flavors that I've been craving. The girl at the hot bar tried to help but got coffee instead and quickly tried to correct it but was shot down by the girl at the cold bar, so I'm thinking she was going to complete my request but 5mins went by and my long hours of standing was catching up to me waiting yet again just to hear whispering to the other employee with her back turned to me so I ask the girl if I have to pay for some more ice tea the girl at the bar calmly turned around and said no she is not going to give me an inch more as I asked for no ice and she turned back to her work, so I simply said I never had that issue before as all the other Starbucks usually completes my drinks with out an problem even if the consistency if off they usually fix it close to perfection which I appreciate. I was so disappointed not to much in the manner that I was addressed but that I couldn't get that flavor of drink I wanted 😩 I was heartbroken and calmly asked for a refund as I could get my drink somewhere else (after waiting so long) made with love. I asked the employee at the register if the girl at the cold bar was the manager, and he said "no, that's the supervisor", and she rudely turned around saying, "My name is Nelly" which I noted. The kid at the register ask if I wanted him to make that drink over and thanked him but I refused as this reaction felt like something other than just an inch more of black tea and needed some attention. I got my refund but not the tip that was added to it, but I decided to leave it. Very disappointed at this leader at this location, I know I can do better at customer service if i was a leader at this location, this can't be the Starbucks way.
Food and drinks are always accurate and tasty! Polite staff and no wait time with mobile ordering.

tipped the barista, paid, and still got lectured about an extra cost for simple syrup instead of simply informing me there would be an added cost, and asking if i would still like to add it to my drink. i would have paid for the pumps, anything to not be talked to that way at 6am, so condescendingly. i work around here and will be avoiding this location due to its lack of respect.

Feel bad today. I ordered a bacon egg sandwich this morning before I headed to work but once I got to the office I saw my sandwich was missing the bacon. However, the service is good and the lady is so kind.

I got an iced drink and a pastry and tipped. I barely treat myself to Starbucks because times are tough but wanted to today. When I picked up my drink at the bar I asked if I could have a cardboard sleeve for my drink and was refused. It was cold and rainy but I was told they needed to save them for hot drinks because they were running out... if I pay $13 for a coffee and a pastry I should be allowed to take a cardboard sleeve. It was so rude. If the store is really that hard up for cardboard sleeves maybe they should take it up with the manager that does the ordering and not with the customers.

It's a great place to unwind. The drinks, coffee, cakes are delicious. Great seating, and there is a restroom. No long lines.

In the downtown area, so this location was excellent and convenient for us. We bought some coffee for the beginning of the day, some nibbles as well. Nice staff here.

The service would be a lot faster if the baristas weren’t busy conversing with friends who aren’t employees . But other than that omg they make the best drinks hands
