Customers appreciate the excellent service. This location is one of the best, with yummy food, great lattes, awesome refreshers, and great Frappuccinos. The bakery section is good, from croissants to danishes, scones, breakfast sandwiches, cake pops, and cookies. This is one of the busiest locations, especially during the school week, as college students, middle school students, people going to work, and visitors head here. It gets packed quickly, but there is a fast-paced team that works to get orders to customers quickly. The crew is fantastic, serving neighborhood locals, Brooklyn College students, MTA workers, and school kids, and still making people feel welcome. They always get drinks made right, with never any problems. Service is always good.
