i come here from time to time since it is right across from Brooklyn college. They staff is okay, the girl at at the register needs to help out more with the drinks rather than just ringing up customers, the gentlemen that heats your food bagels, and cake is slow. They seem like they are more worried about mobile orders than customers in front of them.
I don’t live nearby but have been there twice in the last month with my granddaughters aged 6 and 9. We stop for a snack after shopping before heading home. On both occasions the young women at the register were super friendly and kind. Just hoping the management will see this!
Amazing! This is a smaller Starbucks so they don’t have everything but they still try their best to accommodate to the customers. They were out of a drink I wanted and was recommended the oat milk brown sugar latte which was really good.
