I ordered nachos de carne, not realizing it would be the experience of a lifetime. Ignore Disney World's 50 year anniversary. Fly to this food truck in Flatbush. The nachos were covered in smoky chicken, white cheese, whole pickled banana peppers, and black beans. I noticed more veggies within the layers, like carrots and jalapeño. Found this hidden gem upon search. I love authentic Mexican food, not fusion ones and the experience I bad was pretty authentic. Adequate portion size with fresh ingredients and the sauce was pretty spicy which I loved. They have variety of options and I can't wait to try other options.
