“Even if Luis and his team didn't make some of best food in the neighborhood it would be worth going to their truck just to get some of their positive energy. But like I said, the food also rules. I haven't tried the burger but tacos, burritos and ESPECIALLY the empanadas are delicious, big and made fresh to order. And open late, which is getting annoyingly rare for Greenpoint. Go see them.“
“This truck hasn't failed me yet. Anytime I visit my mother in sunset park, I make sure to stop and pick up food too bring home. The birria consome is delish. The tacos are great quality, flavored, and full of meat. They don't skimp on the rations. Best part I can phone my order in and pickup so it reduces the wait time. Definitely must try if you are in the neighborhood.“
“Best halal cart PERIOD. The value for the food is great and the portions are generous. The food tastes good and the cart owner, who is a great guy to talk to, always seems to be experimenting with new things every week. I recommend this place for anyone who's looking to get a good $5 plate of chicken rice.“
“Decent halal food here with good portion sizes. The halal itself was older meat and bit more expensive than normal, but the pita bread was pretty well done. The Gyro was mainly lettuce too. Still a good spot for Halal though and there are many different options. The lamb could be better though, felt like it was warmed up in a microwave, but we did eat it at 3PM so ti could have just been some leftovers.“
“Damn. I should have gotten a picture but THAT’S HOW GOOD IT WAS. We got chicken tacos, an al pastor quesadilla and an asada quesadilla. Everything came with a bunch of guac, was freshly cooked, with good portions, and very (and I mean very) spicy salsa on the side. Al pastor was my fav, but that’s cause I’m a sucker for the savory/sweet. Get anything here and I’m sure it’ll be good.“
“One of the best halal carts in the area. Normally get the mixed over rice with pita bread and before I get there it’s already ready. No matter who’s working it’s always a great meal paired with great conversation with the person making my meal. Highly recommend if you’re ever in the area.“
“New favorite taco spot The Pastor tacos were tasty and had a generous amount of filling First time trying a grilled onion. Did not expect it to be so yummy! They followed the specifications I gave on the first order of tacos Speedy and friendly delivery No notes 10/10“
“I love buying delicious Spanish food from this food truck. I love their tacos (bistec my favorite) but I see other people ordering meals which I plan to do in the future. Clean environment inside & outside from what I can see and friendly server.“
“Excellent place, the most delicious food in the world! Please order tequeños or cachapas, you won't regret it. In addition, the attention is 10/10, they are super attentive!!! Without a doubt one of my favorite places. 100% recommended!“
“Just went there!!! The greeting was excellente with French accent and all... I had a ham and cheese croissant, an apple turnover and a Mocha Drip.. The pastries were nice and flaky, the mocha drip was AMAZING.My only critique was that the croissant was not hot which would've made it sooo much better but regardless it was tasty.I only captured the apple turnover as I devoured the croissant before my post.“
“As a Texan who eats amazing Mexican style tacos on a regular basis back in Texas, these tacos were absolutely delicious and authentic. Double corn tortilla with either green or red salsa. I had a beef tongue, steamed goat, Al Pastor, beef and chicken taco ????! So good and as compatible to any amazing tacos I regularly eat in Texas. Highly recommend.“
“Every time I go, I know my meal is going to be delicious!! She is fast and is always helpful. For example, SHE told me and made me recognize the city worker discount and hearing it from HER instead of an app or some silly sign (she has a nice sign btw) is pleasant and well recommended.“
“Best taco truck in Williamsburg. Hands down. This food is so good; I’ve come from Staten Island to Williamsburg just to have it. The guys in the truck are some of the nicest guys around. They always make sure you get the best service and never fail to provide it! Next time your in Williamsburg, get yourself some Taco Rapido!!“
“This taco truck is great, I ordered shrimp and beef tacos. The beef tacos were my favorite. Definitely one of the best beef tacos ever. The shrimp tacos were okay. The shrimp didn't taste like much. It can use a little more seasoning. As far as the customer service, is great. They were able to take my order and serve my food in a timely manner.Try this truck out and if you do, definitely try the beef tacos.“
“Been eating from this family run business for more than 35 years amd they've been selling their amazing food longer than that! I've introduced countless friends and whenever they're in town during the spring/summer months eating here is one of their first stops. Pupusas are what they're known for but everything they sell is top notch to include their drinks!!“
“I'd recently picked up 4 wonderful beers from 'Strong Rope, who offered no food, no food truck nearby. So when I walked around the corner to see the shiny metal caravan, on kitch fake grass, selling sandwiches, I was thrilled. My breakfast sandwich ($8) in the afternoon was very tasty and delivered with style. It was small. 5 stars would need a bigger sandwich. O would definitely eat here again, thankyou!“
“Every time I go to Brooklyn, I end my night at this Taco spot. Everything they have is very flavorful and unique. Their vegetarian options are also insanely delicious. My two favorite things off the menu are the huaraches and the choriqueso.Vegetarian options: Mostly all dishes have a veggie option“
“I’ve been quite a few times and always loved the food, but what disappointed me today. Was the fact when I asked for pico de gallo I was charged $2.10 for two small containers with my 33$ to-go order… BUT when you set down and eat (I usually do) you get chips and the sauce bar is free WITH pico de gallo ??? That’s not right in my opinion“
“taco truck right outside vital that seems to be open late-ish (00:30 on a wednesday). pretty nice chicken burrito. satisfying size and i’d rec the hot sauce on the side. nice owners. i’m interested to try some of the other stuff they have tooTakeout: Yes“
“Amazing tacos !! Amazing service !! Amazing prices (tacos = $4 each) !! The burritos are great but the star of the show is definitely the tacos !! All the food is made to order with fresh ingredients. This truck beats out every other Mexican food truck/restaurant in the area with an array of options including customizable burrito bowls and nachos. Personal recommendations: -- chorizo (spicy Mexican sausage) taco ; steak taco -- horchata ( a beverage that includes milk) (Announcement regarding the photo attached) Please don't mind the messy presentation, it was packaged better but got swished around during my walk home.“
“One of the BEST Jamaican spots in Little Caribbean Brooklyn. I stopped by to experience the smoky j*** chicken and it was delicious - part of the reason is that the meat (chicken and pork) is cooked on the outdoor grill. It is a must try to understand why! The lobster and conch is cooked to order, so you may want to call ahead to avoid waiting too long. I also ordered plantains and a festival - both done well, but be prepared for small servings of both sides. This vibrant place is more like a pick up and go, so don't come here expecting to dine in. The service is normally what you experience at most Caribbean spots - place your order, pay, wait and you're on your way. Nothing epic - you're here for the food! So, if you are in Brooklyn and interested in taking some Jamaican food to go, this is a great spot to try!“
“Open late and an amazing late night meal after a night out. I would order this even if it wasn't 3 in the morning my friend swears by the chicken over rice as her go to and I had the falafel roll. I will tell you the spicy sauce is no joke and I can usually handle a bit, so proceed with caution. I'm excited to try more things on the menu!“
“Great late night bite! My husband and I managed to catch them as they were closing and they had no problem taking care of us. The lamb plate with the white and hot red sauce and bit of bbq sauce is the way to go my husband says. I had the chicken over rice and it was fantastic! Perfect mix of veggies too.“
“I can’t believe there are only 2 reviews of this truck. Definitely THE BEST lamb halal I’ve ever had! So tender and juicy. Nice size portions. The owner gave us a few free samples to see what we would like best. Was a hard pick between chicken and lamb. We live in Manhattan but plan on a trip every week to Bk to get our fix. GO!“
“For taco trucks in the area this place always hits the spot. My favorite tacos are the al pastor & bistec. Crispy pork & flavorful seasoning. Needs salsas for that extra acidity which they provide, both red & green. What makes it 5 stars is late night convenience, & hits the spot when you want something fast or late.“
“The best halal food in all of New York. I wish other NYers could savor this deliciousness. If only they could be in other locations besides Bay Ridge. Highly recommend the mix Gyro. It's the best sandwich in NY. I've tried this combination at other Halal carts and it never compares this place. Their lamb is seasoned much different than any other halal cart. It's not as salty and the meat has a nice bounce to it. Chicken is fantastic too. The seasoning is more middle eastern style than the curry flavor seasoning you might get at other places. If you're in Bay Ridge or looking for some late night snacks, come here at this Brooklyn landmark. Definitely one of my favorite places in south Brooklyn.Cheers“
“For $6-7 range at this food truck. The combination plate came with chicken and lamb gyro, rice, salad and a tangy white sauce and spicy red harissa sauce. The flavor was incredible! It was very filling and a total bargain for how much food you get. Service was quick and friendly. Best of all for me who loves spicy food is that their hot sauce is actually very hot! They give a ton of food for the money you pay and it's cooked very quickly.“
“Let's start with the service: so kind, so attentive and helpful. Food trucks are a different breed here w so much love. Literallly loved the tacos here so much. 100% get al pastor tacos -- comes with radishes, cucumber slices and a charred scallion. The salsas that come with the tacos are also unbelievably flavorful, the green is herbacious and tangy. The burrito was stuffed with flavorful fall apart meat (I got carnitas). Absolutely recommendOnly thing I wouldn't particularly recommend was the birria quesatacos. The flavor was good but there was something lacking. Consume was delish though.“
“We weren’t sure what to expect when we wandered into this spot. It’s a laid back neighborhood place with plenty of outdoor seating and a straight forward drink menu. Nothing fancy. The tacos, however, were pretty amazing. Really can’t recall when I’ve had tacos that were packed with so much flavor. Can’t recommend enough.“
“Literally THE BEST FOOD TRUCK EVER! I order from here each week and have never had anything short of AMAZING! First off, the quesadillas are simply the best I've ever had. I'm talking... let's compare these to my favorite local mexican restaurants and still... Rosie's is WAY better and fresher! It's no surprise really, as all ingredients are locally sourced! The steak quesadilla is SO tender and juicy, the sauteed onions make it a match made in heaven. The breakfast quesadilla with bacon is too good to be true- I order it for brunch and it keeps me full all day! (Don't forget to order a side of home fries with Rosie sauce! YUM!)Have you ever eaten ribs that literally fall off the bone and make you dream of them for months after? Well, try Rosie's ribs for the best dreams for weeks that follow! They literally melt in your mouth. Pure perfection! Actually don't... there won't be any left for me! Try Rosie's! You'll be SO glad you did!!!“
“Left from an event at HOY nearby and needed a quick bite at midnight. Omggg!!! These tacos were SO delicious! I got the steak, spicy pork, and chicken. They were all so good! Definitely 5/5 ⭐️Wheelchair accessibility: It’s parked on the side of the street, so very accessible ♿️“
“Anas has great customer service the food was prepared quickly. He even gave me a small sample off a few items on the menu to help make a decision on what I wanted. That alone satisfied me as a customer and would recommend him if your in the area. Food gets a 8/10“
“My family and I stopped in for the first time this last Saturday. I have driven by this taco truck many times and we decided to try it. It is right off of 410 as you enter Enumclaw. You will notice it by the tables out front and the hanging flower arrangements. Very nice little spot to stop and eat at. I had the al pastor burrito, and it was one of the best I have ever had. i was crunching into something sweet and juicy, which is not expected in a burrito, and it turned out to be pineapple, which I have never had in a burrito and it was surprisingly really good! I ended up eating the whole thing and it was a big burrito. I had a horchata which was good but not the best I have had. Mom and sis had the chicken street tacos and said that the home made shells were delicious and they were both pleased with their tacos. There are a lot of menu items and they even have carne asada fries, so I will be going back to try more items. Can't say it was the most friendliest of service, but it was super busy. After we showed up ten other people were there in a second. It seems to be a popular taco truck. I recommend it if you are in the area.“
“My new favorite taco truck in South Brooklyn! Definitely recommend the Al Pastor. There's a lot of variety and a fruit stand right near the truck. A must try if you're in the area. Only downside is they actually open later at around 4-5PM. Be sure to call the number and see if they're open.“
“Have ordered from here a couple of times now. Could always do with a little more white sauce/hot sauce but they serve some really great lamb. Generous portion as well! The chicken was pretty solid, a little tough. For delivery halal it's up there with some of the better ones!“
“There are a lot of Mexican restaurants in Korea, but I don't think I've ever seen a food called empanadas. It was my first time eating here and it was really delicious. When you're hungry on the way home, eating spinach cheese empanadas with cola or beer is really delicious.“
“Welcome to Birria island. Delicious well seasoned marinated beef Birria. I had the grilled cheese and dumpling. It was E V E R Y T H I N G!! What a immaculate taste. Service was amazing. Ashley took her time while assisting me and Evenin recommended her favorite dish. She was super sweet. Overall I'm extremely satisfied that I gave this franchise a try. It was very clean, spacious and organized. Thank you to the amazing chefs and wonderful staff.“
