“The lady behind the counter was super nice and excitedly explained Electric Beets's food philosophy to me. I got two containers of peanut stew, one basil biscuit, one apple cinnamon scone, and one chocolate chip cookie. All the food was delicious and left me feeling good afterwards!“

“This restaurant is a very clean friendly neighborhood place, where everyone feels welcome and the food is good and the prices are reasonable.“

“I love just salad at 58 Court st. The staff, especially Yuri, Peter and two others whose names I don't know are friendly and great. They help to make the atmosphere comfortable and appealing which makes the food taste that much better.“

The service is always wonderful, and the Cowabunga Smoothie is one of my personal favorites. Everything they serve is made with natural, organic ingredients, so you don’t have to worry about a bunch of ultra-processed stuff going into your body. It’s refreshing to find a spot that focuses on quality while still making drinks that taste this good. It’s always a great choice when you need a quick energy boost to keep your day going. “Came in the snow storm , fast delivery . I ordered bison with sweet potato and broccoli and everything was so fresh and delicious . The sweet potato was amazing and not dry at all. Iced matcha with oatmilk was wayyyy better than Starbucks . Healthy and filling. Under 30 bucks for all the food and the drink.“

The worker was friendly and helpful in answering some questions and recommended the Jungle Bowl which tasted great. I would actually consider it as a dessert too if I wanted something heathier. In checking the menu more closely after, I’ll consider ordering their juice and oatmeal options next time I pass by.“

“I've ordered from many places that make acai or green bowls But this Playa bowl in particular, is by far the best one in brooklyn. They always seem to get it right! I dont live close to this one so most of the time I have to Uber it & when I call, if i have a question they always answer the phone, & they make sure my order is just how I wanted it. Because sometimes the app doesnt show all deals. This place has been titled as a fav for sure!“

“Seems like some good guys. Always friendly greetings. Some prices are hiked compared to other stores in the immediate area- found a drink can $2 cheaper down the block. Hot food is usually good. Price tags on all items would be a nice update.“

“I would say this is a solid 3.5 stars. Service is fast, food is edible, but not something I would crave or after eating felt satiated.

I’m vegetarian so I got the veggie bowl which was kale, broccoli, picked veggies and sweet potatoes with quinoa. There was too much quinoa in relation to veggies. I did eat everything and left most of the quinoa.
Veggies tasted ok and everything was seasoned well.

If you are in a pinch and need a fast healty-ish lunch, I think this place could work. I have been here twice in the year and a half I have lived in DUMBO.“

“I think these meals are absolutely delicious. I did Factor for years and had taste and quality issues often. These meals really taste like they were cooked in a restaurant. Awesome selection as well and something for everyone. Every time I heat one up in the office people ask what I’m eating. I’ve already got my husband and boss eating them as well.“

“Pluses- I ordered Farmers Fridge one time so far and I must say that the salads I tried were REALLY yummy. So much so that I just placed a second order. Minuses- 1-I am the only person in my household that likes salads. I had one per day and ended up not getting to half of my order before it passed the expire date. 2- The jars aren't all that full. The lettuce is very lightly placed in the jars which makes the jars kind of look full. but when push-comes-to-shove, the jars are really only half full. 3- Delivery is kind of slow too. But maybe I'd spoiled by companies like Amazon and other quick shipping companies.“
