Baya Bar - Acai & Smoothie Shop receives mixed feedback, with many praising the fresh-made quality and friendly service. Customers love the Pitaya smoothie, Kale Smoothie, and Flu Fighter juice, noting everything is made fresh to order with great taste. The Acai bowls are also a highlight, with a worker named Chris providing nice suggestions. One customer enjoys the delish smoothie and juice for their son, returning weekly due to the friendly service. Another had a great experience with a staff member who had great energy and knew what they were doing. However, a recurring issue involves a gift card bought at a Queens location that could only be used once; a male employee working around noon did not understand how to input the card info, causing frustration. Despite this, many appreciate the positive interactions, with one customer noting a worker named Oscar made their day. The shop offers seasonal items like fall oatmeals and delicious coffees, perfect for a hearty, cozy breakfast. Overall, the customer service is a standout, though some suggest retraining employees or fixing the machine for gift card use.
