I was a regular customer, REFUSE to go back! They treat people extremely rude. No professionalism whatsoever. My children have been disrespected multiple times. We spend $30 a visit and he refused to give me a cup of water to take my medication. It’s sad. I was a manager in Florida for Starbucks for 10 years. I know how customers should be treated. The management needs to control their staff. The girls in the morning and especially the Spanish boy at 10:30 am on 9/13. He needs to be retrained!!!!!!! Lost 3 customers… $7,800 a year!

This is the absolute worst Starbucks in bay ridge and it’s so unfortunate for me because I live right upstairs and I have to go to 86th street for my coffee. Today is my birthday so I went in for my free drink because I didn’t have time to go to 86th street and couldn’t figure out how to get the drink through the app because I guess I didn’t put my birthday early enough even though I have many rewards points. The shift supervisor short Spanish kid was absolutely useless as he always is and waited for me to redeem my own points to ask if I had ID and then shrug and say oh well when I say I used my points already. I’m sick of how this Starbucks treats me. Girls in the early AM are awful as well.

I bought summer berry and matcha frappccino, which taste good. It's not very sweet! It's the standard I want! That's right, the matcha is a little too bitter and the taste is too strong. There is also a male waiter. He is very patient and enthusiastic when I order!!! And there are also many positions.

Well all I got was coffee and the pike place is as always my favorite. It's well worth the price which comes along with a place to sit around air conditioning or warmth in the cold winter. Yeah one of my favorite places Starbucks. Most bang for your buck.

The staff was so nice the food was amazing. The looks of the place were phenomenal. The drinks looked and tasted amazing, but it was a long wait, and a staff member with red hair kept screaming the menu was only winter and if you wantedsomething else you would have to search it up, but overall, it was a great experience
