“First off, I would like to start by saying that the employees here are truly the best! The customer service is amazing, it’s always so clean, and they make your sandwiches with love. They’ll even toss in some free cookies for you! I’ve been to a lot of Subway’s and this one is always the best one! You guys are amazing.“

“I have been going to this restaurant for quite sometime and I just want to say that it’s well maintained. The staff is very accommodating and well trained. The food is freshly made and is delicious. “This subway is new, fresh, and clean. It opened a couple of months ago and is one of the only 24 hour food options in a neighborhood clamoring for late night grub. I frequent this location 3-4 nights a week after a long late night shift at work. They always get my order right and are always super friendly.“

“Good Sandwiches!!! Located next to Medgar Evers College! When i need a quick bite i op for the Tuna or any of the various protein subways offers. I usually get my sandwich with the Italian herds and cheese. The service quite friendly and their is plenty room to social distance and have a bite inside.“

“I’ve been to a few subways near my area and the places seem a bit messy and the overall atmosphere is depressing. I went to this subway while I was out on a business venture recently and my experience with this subway was unlike the others. The place was spotless and the customer service was phenomenal. There was a little employee, I think her name was Pheobe, who was sweet to me and even gave me her opinion on my sandwich when I was having difficult making choices. I’ll be sure to keep this place in mind the next time I’m in the area!“

Use the app to order the sandwich even if you are in the store. You save more money ??? that way if you make sure to activate the deal they are offering or type in the code for it from under deals at the tail end of checking out. “Not all subway are the same! 2nd forget everything you know about subway and throw it out the window.this subway is great year 2022I been coming here to this specific location since it open. Now since the reboot it with new items it's even more great. Chicken taste great etc sandwich are great“

“Located in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn is a subway restaurant inside of the Atlantic Terminal Mall. The staff of the restaurant was excellent making multiple orders at the same time and very versatile and talented. The order of the sandwiches were made with love. The sandwiches were made very quickly and tasted amazing, it was also toasted. The only downside of this location is that it lacks staff but overall it's a wonderful location. The order was made in less than two minutes. I recommend this location for ordering a sandwich.“

“I’m giving five stars to the Kingshighway Subway because I enjoy going there for my lunch. Especially I just ordered a platter of 15 sandwiches and the display is awesome. Very clean & professional! “Not very big but big enough. The food is pretty standard Subway fare. The service was good: the guy executed my order very well. Clean, cool, and relaxing inside.

“I received an email for the new Subway Rewards Program and considered ordering a late lunch for pickup to get a head start. Everything was pretty alright from my experience. My only concern is staff communication.Being that I often go to the other branch towards Targé, this is the first time coming to this one. I greeted the staff and told them I was picking up. One of them asked me to come to the other side of the booth and state my name. I did so - multiple times - but it seemed I couldn't get through to the staff member. I pronounce the beginning of my name with a "May". Of course those with accents use "Mee-gon" and others use "Meh-gin". I wasn't sure if my current migraine was causing an aura affecting my pronunciation, but I just wanted to eat as soon as possible to ease the pain.Ultimately, I just told them what I ordered and the staff had an "Ah! Mee-gon" moment, as I'm used to. However as I received my order, the staff said "that's why we ask for ID. See the sign?" and walked back to handle more orders. I looked at the "pickup order must show ID" sign plastered on the glass, mostly hidden by the subway sign and said aloud to myself, "How am I supposed to see that when it's not visible? Why wasn't I asked for ID in the first place to skip the back and forth?"No idea.Nevertheless, keep requirements clear and I recommend staff get straight to the point. Pronunciation barriers are also a thing.“

“This location is my favorite go to dinner when I don't feel like cooking while still eating fresh haha. I want to S/O Imani and Rahson who are alwaysssss so accommodating and makes it just how I want it. The people keep me coming back to this specific one, so thank you for your hospitality!“

“This Subway is awesome. The proportions are always perfect, the food always fresh, the store extremely clean, and the staff super friendly. Once, when I was short by a dollar, the manager paid the remainder out of his own pocket. It is hard to find customer service that goes so well beyond the usual. It's also open until 3am, so it's the perfect place for a late night meal. They have options for every diet; vegans, vegetarians, and meat-eaters will all find something good here. If you're there late, look out for John, whose sandwich artistry is unsurpassed. Always good vibes and great food at this location, probably the best in NYC.“

“I usually use Uber for delivery and it's always fast, about 10-15 minutes. I like that in addition to the varied menu, you can make your own sandwich, wrap or salad. Today I visited this location and was pleasantly surprised, aaa clean inside, lots of space and you can calmly eat inside. The guys really don't work very fast despite the lack of a long line, but I was there in the evening and most likely they were just tired. But overall, I received my order quickly, was satisfied and it was really tasty. I like that the menu has become more varied and there is a large selection of wraps and breakfasts.“

“We stopped in today after a wrestling tournament. We were taken care of by Aspen and Austin who were a complete joy and sooo nice! Aspen didn't miss a beat and kept a smile all while our 3 year old kept talking over and asking questions. “I just visited this location on 12/17/24 around 9:27 pm, as they were closing up. The employee who was ringing up on the register while also cleaning the tables (who I assume was the manager) displayed excellent customer service. Not just with me but with the two customers in front of me as well. He even took the time to explain the subway app and the many deals they have going on, most of which I already knew. I just really appreciated the effort and recommendations so late at night. I didn’t get his name but good service should always be highlighted and recognized“

“Well the first time going there in September this year was the best served experience I believed mark served me and the second time in October during the day it was another man who served me both employees was polite and respectful the place is always clean and the cookies are good . I would recommend a visit when you want a healthy sandwich ; simple .“
