I can only speak to the wonderful people at the cafe. I didn’t eat there but they found my daughter’s lost cell phone and reached out through it to let me know. We arranged for an uber to bring it back to us. I’ve never had this experience. We thought the phone was gone forever.
Thank you to the folks at the cafe!

The drinks are great, but the staff are so consistently rude. It’s just a poor way to treat your paying customers.

Beautiful place, but not the friendliest staff. Been here like three times in the past two weeks and have not come across one staff member that was friendly or prioritized customer service. I came here at 7:30 am on a Monday morning when it stated that that was their opening time only to be ignored and shooed away by one of their barista workers. I feel like the other location on Dean Street is way better.

Love the cold brew, the chill vibe and the music here. Seemed pretty busy this morning with just one barista on bar but the service was surprisingly so fasst and great. They have a patio in the back in case you think you can’t find any seating indoors, so definitely will be coming back again to get work done.

Great coffee and a lovely location.
My friends and I stopped here multiple times when we were in town.
Their latte drinks were great. I got mine with oat milk. They put in effort to do a little latte art.

Great coffee and the outdoor seating is nice!
Staff is so strange they make it uncomfortable. It’s too pretentious. Plenty of other options now. My final straw was when they added a new dog sign “sorry NO DOGS” ever not in the outdoor area, not just to order and go, sorry but the owner posts tiktoks bringing his own dog in to do “chores.” If I can’t walk the dog and quickly grab a coffee then I’ll just go to the place that welcomes us. The coffee is only okay. Depends on barista. Not consistent.
UPDATE to the employee who responded to my negative review.
My dog is also a service dog, yet your staff consistently made us feel uncomfortable even just to order a coffee to go. Once they wouldn’t serve me until they asked if a “service dog was okay” to someone not at the counter. If you’re hiring people, train them in customer care. I will avoid this coffee shop whenever possible.
Best coffee of my life
Consistently great coffee. Beautiful interior and a really nice back door. I really enjoyed their “front porch” sparkling cold brew.
Craving a bagel and my prayers were answered w/ this delish everything croissant with cream cheese 🤍

Wonderful atmosphere and great coffee. Ryan is very knowledgeable with his coffee and I always feel like I learn something fun and new when I go!
Cappuccino was good but the cups were a little bit tidy. The guy at the Desk seemed a little bit stressed.
I met a friend here on the way to a restaurant for coffee because it was going to be a long night. The coffee was fine, it’s a little pretentious but I knew it was one of those gentrified type of places when I walked in, however, the coffee was good enough so I’m ok with that. I feel like the person taking my friend’s order blanked out a bit when she asked for a dry cappuccino and probably didn’t know what that meant, but that’s not a normal request so I get it. The bathroom was nice and very clean which is a huge plus and that earned the extra star for me. A clean bathroom for me means the place is clean.
