Bad. Food did not taste fresh. Felt like it had been made hours earlier.

I ordered here for the first time Yesterday afternoon. First the service....the woman who took my order had a scowl on her face the entire time I was ordering. I did have a feeling that perhaps I should not buy from her b/c the scowl on her face seemed to say "why are you here?"...but I ignored my instinct. I ordered food for myself and my Mom. When we returned home, I was shocked at how the fried chicken looked. Shocked. I have fried chicken wings from chinese restaurants in the past....something they usually do well. I couldn't believe how it looked. I should have taken a picture and posted it. My mom in the interim, asked me whether I thought it looked cooked. Then the other dishes.....my mom looked at me and said, "I am really sorry to tell you this but this is the absolute worst chinese food I have ever had". Frankly, it was terrible. I told my mom that while I was ordering the woman had a scowl and frown on her face which made me 2nd guess my decision myself but I ignored my instinct. I shouldn't have. This place makes terrible food.

I ordered from here for the first time today, but never again. The Kung-po chicken had no vegetables, the meat was completely different from mashol (although it is a favorite dish and I have eaten it in many places) and I didn't really like it. The mandarin duck was well cooked, but soaked in fat, so it was inedible. The lu mei was maybe relatively acceptable (although it is quite difficult to spoil that). And the chicken wings were a complete let down. I got 8 pieces of chicken wings, which were actually only four pieces, exactly 8 pieces and not whole chicken wings, but just pieces. So from my side this restaurant is horrible.. And the price is also higher than usual. You can buy much better food elsewhere for this money! If I could, I would ask for my money back.

I’ve asked for modifications to dishes for my diet and they have always been happy to help.
Food was inedible, place should be closed down.
Made for uncultured folks

Hit or miss here. Best bet is to get lunch special and roll the dice on what you pick. BBQ spare ribs have seen better days.

This was a go-to spot for me but the fried rice in my last order taste slightly stale and the chicken wing are lacking flavor. Even the fortune cookies are stale. :/
Never eating here again , there was a whole bug in my mothers sauce and her wontons were stale and made her sick , they lucky I don’t sue

Corn and chicken soup we received was foul. The other dishes — twice cooked pork and string beans — used the worst quality ingredients. $50 straight in the trash.

Restaurantji Recommends
Updated in 2024: We are still enthousiastic customers. The food is wonderful and the service cordial and attentive. Eating in continues to be an excellent option - our party of eleven had a variety of dishes, each being a unique and satisfying culinary experience. Highly recommended! The last two reviews given to this restaurant are quite strange. Disregard them. This is a very nice place, with excellent food and kind and efficient people. Fast delivery.

Two of us went here after Jewish Voice For Peace Seder action. Attentive service and good amount of creative vegan options. We wanted an all veggie dish & and all tofu dish to share so we’d have mingling flavors. With a caveat from the server of its spiciness, Szechuan tofu was recommended. I just figured, I have Szechuan all the time, so it seems redundant to mention its spiciness. It was excellently flavored with a tender tofu instead of being the default over-fried texture most other places give, but definitely take the server’s heed — this has more heat than most other Szechuan places. The perfectly textured Spicy Mixed Vegetables were delish and a pleasant surprise as most places don’t offer this simple dish with such redolent flavors. If need be, order extra rice to temper the flavorful kick of these two dishes. I look forward to returning & trying other menu options.

Delivery. Fried dumplings were half fried. Pancakes were smushed together like a roll of old banknotes. And General Tso would have been bored to death by the version I ate. Plus he would have wondered why everything was just a bit soggy. Not terrible, but just not great.

Sesame seeds where? Disappointing sesame chicken. Please sprinkle sesame seeds when someone orders Sesame Chicken. Sesame is not expensive.
