Placed order on the kiosk and asked to pay cash. After several minutes I asked the guy in front, can I pay cash, I already ordered? He says yes but then doesn't take the cash. After another 15 mins waiting to see if anyone will take my payment I left. Thank you

Stopped by this location on Saturday after an event. Food was ordered in a tablet and was made fresh. I was able to use the restroom and it was cleaned. I do wish the tables were more clean but otherwise, great spot for a quick bite

They are very bad. They don't speak to customers with proper respect.And don't they respect delivery men?They even delay in delivering the product and sometimes the quality is not good and they give bad products. Bushwick avenue and Grand estate Taco Bell should be boycotted. ✊✊✊

WORST TACO BELL. Numerous times I’ve had missing items in sealed bags for delivery. Phone number doesn’t work-employees don’t care about their jobs. Fire them or close the store.
As a DoorDash delivery man this place is very disrespectful with the people.i went there last night to pick up two delivery.food was ready I saw it in front of me in the self but those 4 people was there talking each other making some fun.i said can i have those orders please and they said wait then finally one gentleman came from back side he hand it to me instead of these 4 guys.I request to management please take care of this issue.

Yall are the most incompetent group of people I have ever met. This is the THIRD time you guys have rocked my stuff. Never come to this location. You guys just put whatever you want in my bag. I asked for 2 tacos and ONE i said ONEEEE cheesy potato’s and instead of giving me THAT yall decide to give me a stupid burrito. What is up with you guys????? Let me get behind the kitchen because yall fail WITHOUT fail. Thanks for ruining my night and honestly refund would be the most appreciated out of this, and I will take my money elsewhere.
