I kept having to spit out pieces of beef over and over because it had too much hard gristle to actually chew through it (this was with their steak nachos and steak burrito). Flavor-wise, things were just super bland (the meat, the rice, etc). This might have been helped with the salsa, except they gave only one container for both food items (aka not enough salsa to actually put a little on everything). The size of the nachos was almost decent-ish for the price, but that doesn't matter when neither dish tasted great to begin with.Definitely not ordering from here again.

I ate here today. Had huevos rancheros with rice and beans with Horchata. It was soooo good. I got to meet Sofia and I liked how authentic it felt. They also make the tortillas by hand. It's not a big restaurant. Seems more for takeout unless you eat outside. Will be back!

I grew up in this area so I been coming here since they opened. I just don’t recall a order of nachos being almost $25. You can go to a lot of places and the order of nachos can be ranged from $12-14. Not crazy about this place

Have been ordering here for 9 years and tonight an individual there refused a $20 bill because she said it was fake with the only explanation that it "looked different." If you're going to refuse money from a customer, you should at least know how to properly test a bill. An *actual* test on the bill was performed and it is in fact legit. I'd suggest investing in a counterfeit bill marker. They're not that expensive and would probably avoid turning away paying customers. Food is good but make sure you bring various looking bills so they'll accept one or two of them in the hopes of paying for your food!

Used to love this spot, but veggie taco jumped from $3 to $5 and they used to give you 2 tortillas per taco and now it’s only one. Travesty. There are plenty of good tacos in the neighborhood. Skip Sofia’s.
