I've frequented a lot of kava bars, but this one wins. The regulars are really friendly and the conversation is top notch, especially once you get to know them a little. I've made some actual friends here. Always great music. I love how they make everything the "old fashioned" way, on site, versus just buying it premade and of unknown origin. It feels like they take pride in having a good product. I've gotten sick off the drinks from some other kava bars, but not here.Great location...read full review
Im a fan. The first kava bar i ever experienced. Super chill vibes and strong tea. They have lil pastries too which i adore. Recommend grabbing one to go from the walk up window and heading over to Maria Hernandez to sip and dog watch.

The person helping us was incredibly kind and patient. They explained everything Kava to us since it was our first time drinking it. I really liked the Horchata-Kava mix but I feel like it wasn’t as strong as I’d like to get the full experience.The space is small but there is outdoor seating. Since it was warm, I enjoyed drinking my Kava in the park.
