Their oolong bubble tea is out of this world. You can tell they brew it themselves. Different from other bubbles because you can taste that authenticity. Incredible.

The bubble teas and bahn mi’s are delicious! They have the best games - when we went many were new!!! Clean space, friendly staff and awesome vibe!!! Get the loyalty card - so worth it!! It’s always a treat when we go to Tea and Milk - family favorite. I love the Matcha Green Tea with Herbal Jelly.

Bubble teas are SO good here and I’ve tried a bunch around the neighborhood. My favorite is the brown sugar thai iced tea which has a cold foam on top. They also have really yummy banh mi. The cafe is spacious and clean, with a lot of fun board games for both kids and adults. The staff is super friendly. I’m surprised there’s not more customers coming in since it’s right in front of the train station. I love coming with my kids as they have some great drink options and games for them too.

Vegan options! Soy, almond, and oat milk & vegan banh mi (: lovely place with nice real tea, real fruit, real taro options. Cute inside and really nice and accommodating staff that will help you find something you’ll love. The staff seem to know what they’re doing and make the tea in a much more authentic and healthy way. One of the most modern places in bay ridge. Highly reccomend.
