I used to work in that area, and almost every time I stopped for an espresso or a latte. Later I found out that croissants are outstanding! I miss the weekly talk with the barista/owner, who is super talkative and friendly. I'll definitely come back when I have the chance.

So this is my first and last time ordering from here. The guy you have working this morning has no idea what he’s doing. I asked for an iced cappuccino and was told he could only do it with regular milk when I asked for almond and then was told “you just want a latte”? and even though you can clearly see I don’t want that he proceeded a to say it’s okay and make it. I have major anxiety and don’t feel like arguing this morning. Teach thean how to make a iced cappuccino because I’m literally a student who has worked in coffee shops my whole life~ it’s not that hard

Incredibly attentive and consistent service from Sergio and friends at Techne. Easily my favorite coffee shop in the city. I routinely crave the multigrain and vanilla custard croissants. The cold brew is naturally deep and chocolatey. All of the drinks are well made. Highly recommend.
