Best quality cake in all of Brooklyn. I ordered a Tiramisu cake for my sisters birthday and everyone said it was the best Tiramisu cake they've had. Texture was super fluffy and the cream was sweet but not too sweet. 10/10 would order here again.

I had ordered a birthday cake over the weekend for my son’s 1st birthday at this place. All I requested was a naked cake (simple, no fancy decoration or design) with fresh strawberry AND cream inside. I went in person to place my order and a kind worker helped me through this process. I specifically told him exactly what I wanted and showed him the photo of the cake - the worker was the one who filled out the cake order form for me. I paid the deposit and left.
The cake was ready for pick up Saturday afternoon, from the outside it was exactly what I had ordered but little did I know, the inside of the cake was NOT what I ordered and found out when it was too late. We celebrated my son’s birthday Sunday, after singing “Happy Birthday” we cut into the cake and come to find out there was VERY PINK AND VERY BRIGHT icing inside. Absolutely no fresh strawberries at all, and the filling looked and tasted very artificial. My husband and I were very disappointed because I spent almost $300 for my Son's 1st birthday cake that looked like a fruitless pink gender reveal.
I called Ten Cake Studio and explained the issue to them. All they could do was apologize for this mishap and miscommunication, and said they will do better to explain to customers the difference between strawberry cream and real strawberry fruit with cream. I told them I didn’t want a full refund because I know the work it takes to make a cake, I at least wanted my deposit back due to the fact I purchased something that was underwhelming and not what I had ordered. They apologized again and refused to give back any money. Insane.

I ordered a bento cake. It was perfect for 2 people and I think more bakeries should offer this size. The baker did a fantastic job. I didnt really have much preference besides the colors. My guest LOVED the cake and thought it was so cute! Customer service was easy and personable. The cake was ready during pickup time.

My sister wanted to try this new location. And it turned out to be amazing. The cake was really good. It was made on the spot and the decoration was so pretty. It’s hard to find a place that makes good cake and good presentation at a reasonable price. I did not order in advance but it took him 40min to make the cake and I didn’t mind the wait. Order in advance if you don’t want to wait you won’t regret it. This mango cake had vanilla cream with sponge cake. Not so sweet! Perfect for us.

I recently visited 10cake & was blown away by their Italian buttercream! The texture was incredibly smooth and light, with just the right amount of sweetness that perfectly complemented the cupcake without overpowering it. Unlike the overly sweet American buttercream, which always feels overwhelmingly sweet their buttercream here is a delightful balance of rich, buttery flavor and subtle sweetness. If you’re looking for a sophisticated and less sugary frosting, I highly recommend trying their cupcake. One critique I have is their cupcake is a bit on the dry side but this may just be due to visiting the store later in the day.

They didn't have any 6inch cake, but they were happy to make one the day of! The worker was super helpful and I love how I was able to purchase a whole fresh cake same day. I ended up getting a asian flavored cake, Matcha and Red Bean filling. When I first saw the cake it was so pretty. The whole family enjoyed the cake, it was so yummy and we love how it had the right amount of sweetness to it. Definitely will come back again!

the TASTE was awful, we ordered for almost $600 but threw the cake right after the wedding because we could not eat any layer of the cake. DISGUSTING! I need a refund. I will never buy from them again! They even called me after the order and talked to me rude and argued because of the review, and refused to refund!
