Exceptional service! I don’t eat beef so requested to change beef to fish for Nanchang mix rice noodle, thanks a lot!

I love this place but the female waitress are the worst, I gave a 20% tip and I still caught an attitude the male waiters are the best, I understand why misogyny occurs women are not great at work and ungrateful

BE CAREFUL OF THE BEEF BRISKET FROM THIS PLACE!! I GOT FOOD POISONED!! I went there on Friday evening around 8pm with a friend...I had the tomato brisket noodle soup and I had this dish several times before at their other location in Sunset Park and I never had any complains... but when I tried it at this location and it didn't taste the same. When I asked the server for my bill I wasn't even halfway through my entree yet.. Something just didn't taste right and I didn't give much thought about it until I got home that evening and end up throwing up everything in my stomach and more.... I was sick in bed for this past entire weekend.. It's now Tuesday morning and here I am posting this review... My friend had another dish that didn't contain any beef brisket so maybe it's just the beef... I would just go to their other location if I really want to eat here again which I highly doubt I would.

Avoid at all costs! HATE THIS PLACE. All employees working have an ATTITUDE. Staff were NOT welcoming. WALKED OUT less than a minute after getting seated. Seats are assigned, they do not allow customers to choose table. NEVER coming back and dining or ordering from here ever again after a DISASTROUS first time visit. I'd give ZERO stars if permitted.

I genuinely enjoy this place and always order the same thing, the R8. Occasionally, I’ll get a drink, like their green tea, and the soup has an incredible savory flavor. I bring my friends and family here so often that they already know my order by heart. However, I’m not a fan of their tipping policy. While I understand the importance of tipping, they often expect a larger tip than I’m able to give on some days. You’d think that as a regular who supports the business frequently, this wouldn’t be an issue, but it still feels a bit awkward. I’m hesitant about coming back because of it, but I’ll see how things go.

If I can give zero stars, I would! Horrible! I found a roach while eating my food. Shut this place down!

This Yunnan Crossing the Bridge Rice Noodles is newly opened. The store is clean and spacious, and the decoration is in a Chinese retro style. I ordered fried steamed buns and curry fish eggs as appetizers, and the main dish was braised sheep and nan rice noodles. The soup is full of Chinese medicinal aroma and tastes good. Excellent, would like to visit again.

Great place to get noodle soup and other stuff. I typically get the beef slices noodle soup with either kimchi, mala, or tomato soup bases. Always comes out piping hot with generous portions of noodle and soup. Decent amount of beef but for the price it is more than worth it. Their fried chicken is always good too. They are on the border between crispy and crunchy, and the meat is piping hot and juicy.

I’ve been to this restaurant many times, and the experience has usually been pretty good. However, tonight, a waiter stopped me and said my tip was too low. This is the first time I’ve ever been called out for tipping. I left a 15% tip, which I thought was the standard. The restaurant wasn't busy, and the service was average. Was I wrong to leave 15%? I’ve heard of people being confronted for not tipping or leaving just a dollar, but for 15%? It seems like this restaurant is too pricey for me—maybe it’s not a place for someone on a tight budget like me.

Very fun experience and great food! We have never had Chinese food like this before, the 10 second noodles were great (kind of a mix between hot pot and pho). The stewed beef was amazing! So much flavor and so tender. The broth was delicious — we got the original and the golden broths. Highly recommend the golden broth, it was so flavorful! We will be back to try another flavor soon! Yum!
