Service is very bad. Stuff is unfriendly. On multiple occasions baristas had forgotten to give the orders. Just today after waiting for about 10 minutes for regular black coffee I ordered and paid for I've been asked by the barista who served me "What do you want?" I guess it's not very stimulating for the stuff to be tipped before they provide any service.

Always good and fast service. I usually get the perch bowl it's always sooooo good. I honestly think that is the only thing you should consider getting here are their bowls. I also loved their poppy seed bagel so crunchy! Today I decided to get a gluten free poppyseed bagel and a matcha latte. The bagel was not crunchy at all and it didn't have much of a taste because of that so I won't be getting that again The tea was alright but I like the one from Starbucks better :/ I still love this place and will always come back and try more things :)

My favorite coffee shop in Brooklyn! I love coming here just to sit down and have a latte or do some work for school/work. It’s never too loud and the place is huge so there’s always a place to sit. They even have a printer/fax machine if you need it! The staff is great and the food/drinks are amazing.

Treats + Açaí bowls + coffee + ample seating + outlets + WiFi makes this place the consistent go to for a quick work-space-with-food option when I’m in this part of town. Also staff has never not been anything but nice. Can get crowded on the weekends.

I went to just get an espresso (which I wanted as well as a lemon bar) and it seems as if the staff isn't competent in keeping things moving more fluidly and being consistent with the fact that new customers come in and also want to order something. This customer first off, took FOREVER to get her money out and put it away and the other barista DID NOT EVEN DARE ask me if she could help me so that I can order something. The other thing, it is EXCRUCIATINGLY HOT in the place, I MEAN SUFFOCATING HOT! NO AC, JUST FANS! IS THIS THE MEDIEVAL AGES?! I do not recommend and will not come back. Stay away!

Stopped by this greenhouse today. Every time I want to like this place but I never make it to the register. My mother was going to faint. It's so hot and humid inside. Not suitable for children or the elderly. If I wanted this atmosphere I'd be down the street at hot yoga. The patrons inside were literally sweaty. Yuck. Maybe the coffee is good but I'll never know.

Really great interior with plenty of space but extremely slow service (15 min for a bagel with cream cheese) and mediocre food. I returned my very stale banana bread and noticed that the staff left the rest of the batch for sale. Not impressed. Would only come here in the future for coffee and WiFi.

I just checked around my neighborhood if any place allow dog to stay inside. I saw one of the picture on yelp someone brought dog in this cafe. After long play in the dog park I just want the place to chill out snd sit. They told me dog can come in but not too long. Just for pick up and dog has to leave. I got my ice cappuccino and sat outside the cafe.
This place is a ver local coffee shop. You can come here and work for the afternoon. They have a printer too! Bakery, smoothies and their bowls are really good. Staff is great and you can pay with your cinch wallet for discounts

Service is insanely unfriendly. Sidenote: Some of us aren't "proud" of needing to be GF, so when the cafe is empty and I'm clearly paying attention to when my order is up, there's not a need to tell out my order multiple times. Especially when you're still in the process of making it? ?

The coffee was delivered after 5 minutes of waiting and it was cold. The frozen Mona Lisa is delicious though, but be prepared to wait for it.
