I went to this venue for the Moth, a live storytelling event. Their main floor was completely empty, yet they were BLASTING music while a spoken word was happening in the next room over that was filled with a hundred or more people had paid to attend at their venue. Every time the door got opened to the main floor, music disrupted the whole atmosphere of the event. I was not only confused but frustrated with the decisions of this venue, who is that music for? Because nobody was even in the space with the live DJ. Personally, I won't be attending an event here ever again... I'll find somewhere else to buy a $20 cocktail and attend events.

Great venue, lots of different shows, stand-up, music, variety shows, podcasts, etc.Only thing that's terrible is that the show room is closed until whenever the doors for the show. So everyone gaggles in front of the door and rushes for seats. So if you show up near showtime you will likely not get a seat for that show.

Last night we went to the Bell House and were delighted by their hospitality, in particular Philip and the security team. They went above and beyond to be helpful and kind. It was 5 stars before we even entered the venue.

Been here for 2 comedy shows and have enjoyed both experience. The sound system, venue, and staff have been amazing. Shoutout to one of the security guards, Phillip, for making it feel so warm and welcoming!

Horrible experience as we couldn’t get in to an event we had tickets for bc we had no physical id with us. The ticket didn’t say anything about physical id. The staff was extremely rude and not useful at all. The worst experience I had in NYC and I live here for years. Shame on you people.

Recently enjoyed the ABBA DJ Disco Night with my wife. Great place to enjoy a night out. Two large bars, a large dance floor, and ample bathrooms (never saw a line). The event was well organized, security personnel were efficient and friendly, and personnel at the bars and coat check were great. Street parking was easy to come by.
