Here's the deal - I'm sick, I have a 103.8 fever. I order 2 bowls of soup, bread and a grilled cheese for $30. I don't want to do this, but I'm having trouble keeping food down and I figure soup is gonna help (the grilled cheese though was to break the minimum and for that I take responibility) I leave instructions saying I'm super sick and would appreciate if they come upstairs, and they don't. Fine. It's New York City. I open by bag and I have two paltry cups of soup, with barely any substance, I mean maybe 10 altogether pieces of chicken, noodle, carrot and potato. They gave me two small soups. Again, I'm really sick. I was counting on those bowls of soup. I didn't spend $30 to get 2 small bowls of soup, a below-par grilled cheese (but again, I was sick, so I take partial responsibility) and soggy bread so that I can get 2 small soups and a $5 Uber credit. I understand the heartless resolution from a major corporation, but not this BS from a modest Brooklyn restaurant. You made me quit Uber Eats.

Terrific dinner with our family at The Wheelhouse last night - appetizers of cauliflower & brussel sprouts were delicious - and the entrée sandwiches were outstanding. Short Rib & Cheese sandwich with lentil soup was amazing. All that along with very good customer service made for a special night ! Kudos

The food is very good if you're into grilled cheese but if you're too hungry might not be the best place for ordering online. At least not to my experienced. The past 3 times I had to wait at the restaurant for longer than 30min even tho I got there after the expected pickup time. I'm happy that their business is good but this place is heavily under staffed and makes it very hard to remain a customer

Pretty good sandwiches but a little pricey for what you get.I’m editing this review after going there several more times.The food is great. The sandwiches are tasty. I’ve made my own and had the brisket sandwich. Both are really good. The brisket sandwich is actually pretty incredible especially if you get the tomato soup and dip it. Soup is really good. They have the best tater tots I’ve ever had. I don’t know what brand they use or if they make their own but they are super crispy and the mince on the potato is so fine that they melt in mouth. Salad is also really good. As far as the price it’s pretty average at this point. (I guess I’m getting used to food inflation). I like that you can add extra sides to your meal for only $3 a piece. That’s a steal. The sandwiches already come with a side. I’m going to go back to try their entrees. The pasta looks really good.

The food here is excellent! We get it delivered all the time. If you like Buffalo Wings the Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese is amazing!!! The reuben is excellent. Sandwiches and tomato soup - excellent. Never had a bad meal here. Tater tots with bacon and cheese. OMG. If you're in the mood for this kind of food this seems to be the place.
