As a Cuban from Miami, I have been searching New York City for a place like this that brings the food I grew up having to NYC. I was recommended this restaurant by a friend and I am very happy to have tried it because Tico’s knocks the Cuban sandwich out of the park. The croquetas compete with any place you’d try and they understand the importance of the little things like the quality of the Cuban bread and the fantastic mojo sauce. I always come by and the food is delicious and the staff are the sweetest! Truly a taste of home! Would highly recommend the media noche or tostones. Their homemade sauces are also delicious! 1000/10
This place is just phenomenal the Cafe Con leche it's the best coffee I have had in years, food is delicious The owner is very personable and kind ,.I recommend if you want a great meal and a comfortable atmosphere come here.
