Tiny’s Cantina near Barclays is a cute spot with a great menu. During NYC Restaurant Week, the staff, including newbie server Frank, was attentive and helpful. The place gets packed for Taco Tuesday, and the service is phenomenal. While a happy hour menu would be a great addition, the drinks are excellent. A friend enjoyed the delicious chicken tacos. Walking distance from Barclays, it's a convenient pre-concert spot.
