I had a wonderful experience. I was looking for just a milkshake - strawberry banana and milk. I couldn't find any place that makes these, they either do only smoothies or juices, and most of them don't let you customize really. This place doesn't really offer this exact milkshake but they were willing to make it anyway and it came out delicious.
