Our wedding was a blast! The team at Box House Events was helpful and supportive right from the start, and all the way through our incredible wedding day. They made it easy to plan ahead, with organized documents and regular check-ins. On wedding day, they made sure we felt comfortable, offering last minute additions and taking care of smaller details while we focused on family, friends, photos and more. Overall, the venue was a fun, beautiful, non-traditional option for a great wedding night (it was cold though, on the roof in late November!). Our guests continue to rave about the food and drinks, and it was such a blast to have a party with views of the New York skyline. Thank you Box House Events!

The box house Events have the best team ever. One of my really good friends got married yesterday and everyone was impressed and amazed by the team, the food and the food?! The hotel is still my favorite place in the entire New York City! The rooms are beautiful, the environment is pleasant, the staff is happy! Totally ? % Love BHE & BHH ??

this business has been terrorizing the neighborhood with numerous noise violations well past the ordinance time of 10 PM to go past midnight and even later. Do not patronize this business. It is making the local community living nightmare on the weekends every weekend.

No way would I ever recommend this hotel again - we loved it the first time and location but not after the way we were treated within 48 hours of arrival. We had a rez for 2 rooms for 3 nights each October 12. The Owner & Manager arbitrarily cancelled our two rooms when they learned one room had a service dog. While the paperwork, breed and service performed was being emailed to them as they requested - they decided not to wait for it and instead just cancelled both rooms - even though the service animal was only staying in one room! Without explanation - they simply cancelled it. We begged them to reinstate the reservation within 30 minutes of getting the cancel emails (which had no warnings) and they said they could not because the hotel was now sold out. Do you believe them ? We did not and in fact - we went back on line and were able to book two rooms. SO... not only do they not care about medical needs, service animals or their repeat clients - but they also lie. This is not a hotel that offers customer service or respect. Stay elsewhere that are welcoming. It took us 5 hours and a million calls to find new rooms in Williamsburg which we finally did. UGH -

Our friends and family are still raving about the wedding we hosted at the Top of The Box! Abbas, Elizabeth and Nick are wonderful to work with! They are knowledgeable, flexible and very creative! Their recommendations were spot on. The food was wonderful, every course delicious. The view is the perfect backdrop for an eloquent ceremony followed by an evening of dancing. Highly recommend The Box House and the Top of The Box!
I love this hotel. The staff is so friendly. The hotel is very clean. It's convenient to many places. It's not hard to find parking.

September 19 2020 I went there with my friends a total of 7 people and had a ball! Music the view the vibe everything no complaints!!Two of my best friend birthday was coming up and I suggested this place since we had so much fun. We had at lease 15 people show up for October 24th.We was put in the back area since we had a big group. Still look good but the music was very low and there was no speakers in the back so that was annoying! We noticed that the music play list wasn’t the same dj from the last time we was there. 4 out of the group it was there birthday. I ask the waiter to ask the dj to play the song shine the light on her and some pop smoke since we are in Brooklyn and to please give a shout out. My group had spend over 2,000 or at least, but you get the point! The waiter comes back and said dj doesn’t wanna play that song. I’m totally confused because I never heard of a dj not playing a song when it’s being requested. So the waiter suggested why won’t one of you ladies ask. One of the birthday girls ask the dj and he said I Don’t Work For You!!!! I could not believe how rude and disrespectful he was!!! My group only requested to play one song and it was an issue! The music play list really was zero and mind you I love mix music. I love Spanish music,pop, rock , hip hop and r and b. He did not play what was trending far as I’m concerned.. We didn’t let this ruin the night we just made the best of it. Other then that beautiful location and view..

Great rooftop to enjoy post Corona. The layout has a good view of the city and there is usually plenty of parking in the adjacent blocks. Worth the trip.
