Fun menu, and great food.
Milk and Roses is a hidden gem in Greenpoint Brooklyn. This rustic Italian bistro serves up delicious and creative dishes in a beautiful retro setting. The staff are so charming and attentive that you feel like you’re dining with friends and family. Fantastic restaurant with so much charm and character inside which flows seamlessly outdoors. Stunning backyard and every seat is a perfect seat. The menu and drinks were well curated. I tried the burger and it was cooked perfectly with one of the best buns I’ve had. The server was so pleasant and attentive. She package this whole experience for us today and we are looking forward to go back. If you are in the area, this is a wonderful lunch spot during the week.

Standout dishes such as the prawn cacio e pepe and shakshuka are rich and flavorful, while the potato wedges are crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. The brunch options are super tasty and freshly made, and the atmosphere of the backyard is incredible. Some dishes, like the pizza, may need improvement, but overall, the food remains consistently top-notch. The exceptional staff, including team members like Ilona, Valentyna, and Miriami, contribute greatly to the experience; they are professional, kind, and attentive.
