It was first time trying Top Tier Catering. This place is TAKE OUT ONLY. There’s no seating at all. The menu is extensive. While I decided what to order, I was greeted with the welcome sampler. With the honey garlic fried chicken with mac and yams. The soul food sampler was fire they was starting off strong. I got 3 platters. Honey garlic lamb chops with Mac and yams. I was sold off the sampler. That honey garlic sauce is fire. Then I got the fish and grits platter with catfish...
Everything about my experience at Top Tier was exactly Top Tier. The young lady taking the orders was just magnificent and graceful. I will definitely be returning along with passing the word. Hopefully I can meet the Chef/Owner one day 😄
